Do you have an account in the game, and did you recently reinstall the game?

Reinstalling the game unfortunately removes the boosters, but if you logged out then you should be able to get access to your things again by logging in.

If you don't have an account, please make either a Facebook or King account in the game, and reach out to the support in game (⚙ Settings → ❓ Support → 🔗 Any article → ⬇ Scroll down and "Contact us") so that they can help you get your progress back.
