Hi @LoFiGummy thank you for your advanced warning it is appreciated, especially given we had no warning of the Team chat feature going 😥
The team chat feature played a huge part in our team game and when that was taken it had a big affect on our team game "Bake a Cake" as many of our team are not members of the community.
This feature is one we worked for together, as a team and for the team. I have to be honest and say that I am saddened.
I am not personally found of timed boosters.
Will the team thing be wiped out completely?

But the official reason for every popular feature removal will make me feel that is not the main reason, that is just a funny excuse.😂🤣 There is only one event, Bake a Cake, in the team activity. The popular chat feature has been removed, now, the popular team ranking and team rewards will be removed soon. I think the real-time team activity will be removed for making room to other popular features shortly also, because a real-time event needs many resources.

This team ranking has run a very long time, therefore many teams have already reached the highest rank 20, the Studio feels there is not the heat of competition comparing to other teams, I think they should improve the ranking system not simply remove it, eg. increasing the ranking number, more attractive team rewards.
Creating more team activities to support the ranking system, eg, 9 in a row—team version of the 4 in a row.Honestly, I really love this ranking and team rewards, therefore I promote hundreds of rankings in different teams weekly. Bring huge amounts of boosters to different teammates.

The official announcement said the team ranking system including team rewards will be removed soon due to its low popularity. The Bake a Cake is the unique event to support this system. If the ranking system is not popular, no one promotes his/her team frequently, this implies the Bake a Cake is a event of low popularity too. It might follow the ranking system to ☠️
As the Bake a Cake is the only one team activity now. This implies the team activities is a feature of low popularity too. "This feature has not been as popular as the Studio had hoped", therefore the events inside of the team activities would be removed one by one and then only Bake a Cake left. But this team feature might be☠️☠️☠️ in 2025.

For the team ranking, I think the studio should improve it not remove it completely. The studio can make more levels by providing more interesting rewards. However, this is just my small opinion. I accepted what decision is made by the studio and looking forward to the new features in future.

I wholeheartedly agree!! I was one of the few from my team that lost my chat. There was no warning, so I could only keep in touch with two of them through email. Now the studio wants to take away the team rankings. I’ve read what they say their reason is, but so many of these new changes are not truly for that reason. The team chat was a big driver of the team working together to complete the “bake a cake” feature to grab rewards, which included TEAM rewards. So if we’re not going to have team rewards does that mean the “bake a cake” feature will go next?? I REALLY don’t understand many of these changes that have happened in the past few weeks!! Please reconsider! I’m at the end of the levels for the second time, so this was a big part of my enjoyment in this game. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
