Why cake

Hello,i purchased the $19.99 package and been playing for over 3 hours now,all this time playiny using the help in the package and hours play,the Podium contest has not givng me any levels past, it is not working and Bake a Cake is not working,over the weekend my 789 charge was taken because your game frozed,i was given 2 hours of everything for my troubles,time,effort and lots of money spent to get to this point,but have not received it when i go to play,this is not fair or right and i'm about to uninstall,2 hours of game play does not replace 12 hours that i paid for

Hello again,the Podium Contest has finally started to work only after i have purchased a$19.99 package that consisted of 120 bars and 10 hours of all the helps in which i've played almost 9 of those hours and the Podium Contest was just stuck on the last winner page which was me 3 days ago,please,i got the bars you credited but not the 2 hours of everything else,you asked for my PLAYER ID,where do i send it because i'm not sure to post it here,Thank You and please resolve

Bake-A-Cake should be starting back up today, so hopefully you can join it this time!
Would be great to get some more details on the podium contest, is it not updating for you at all? In that case it might be the internet connection, but following the steps above should help at least.
As for the 2 hours rewards that you mention here, did you get them sent to you? In any case, if you continue to have problems - please send us your Player ID so I can take a look at it!

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Not able to claim rewards
I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
