my game is lost and all my items and coins. I spent A lot of $$ here to end up with nothing. . There is a flaw in the game and it’s not working and now it’s all gone

Did you have an account in the game? In that case you should be able to log back in to see all the progress. If you did reinstall the game, that does remove the boosters unfortunately since they are tied to the game.
If you don't have an account I recommend making one (a King Account) and then reaching out to support within the game
