attached here are screenshots of the 100+ of every type of item that I used to have on my account. I’ve been playing for ten years and opened the app yesterday and found that every single power up I had before starting a level were gone. I did not update my app or erase any local data on my phone. I’ve contacted support 3 times but keep getting back the same automated response basically telling me it’s my fault. I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do anymore to recover these items that I’ve spent 10 years accumulating. The game is almost unplayable without them at the high level I am on, and I’d really like them back. Any tips on recovering them?
