So since the Treasure Hunt doesn’t give it anymore, and we even can’t buy it, so how to get it except baking the cake?

I think the Rewards Pass still gives them, if you got that game. I lost it months ago, so I don't know if it has changed.
The new Epic and Legendary WonderBalls in more games has switched to only be timed boosters. Some still have the old ones, but for me I can only get Sonic lollies in the cake now, so I guess that's why OP asked.
Another example for me personally, outside of only getting Sonics in the cake, I have no games left where I can get the Mixer Bag booster. I have lost tye activities game that gave those.
Sorry, I meant Supersonic Lolly. How to get it except baking the cake, because Treasure Hunt doesn’t give it anymore. Streak, Rocket Rush, 4 in a Row don’t give it as well.
The Bake a Cake event gives 2 lollipops for completing first layer, and 2 sonics to complete the cake.
Other than that, you have to win them on the activities games.
