Yes.
The sprinkle one removes all of a random color, for 3 or 6 times, which are the two options this comes in.
The 3x or 6x rainbow ball take all of a random color, and color them like one of the other colors. Does it 3 or 6 times in the round.
You don't get to chose the color for either booster.
The 3x Sprinkle ball is basically only useful in round 1, and you can still risk losing the round, so either don't use in the whole game, or get it out of the way in round 1.
It's far the worst booster in the Kimmy's Arcade game, is to get the 3x Sprinkle, followed by 2x SprinkleFish and 2x SprinkleStriped candy - almost only useful for round 1+2, though not sure you will clear them - and then 3x RainbowBall and 20x FishBomb is also for best use in round 1-3.
The 2x RainbowFish is useful up until round 3, and there's a single other level that can come in a later round, where it's almost always enough to clear that round too. That same round can almost always be cleared with the 20x FishBomb too. Other than that, you have to be lucky to get a level higher than round 3 with these particular boosters.

There is one level that *frequently* comes up in round 7, so if you get a 10xBomb booster, try as much as possible to keep it till round 7, as it's the only booster that are a certain clear for this particular level, or some of the later rounds... Though I've been forced to use a 10x bomb in round 2-5 to get it, on many games. I get that particular stupid level in round 7 for 3 out of 4 times that I manage to reach round 7, so I rarely get more than round 6 cleared.
Remember, you can *always* click the Gift up in the right corner or the game, at any time, to quit if you can't complete the round, and then accept the winnings you already reached.

I lost Shipmates + nearly all of the earlier added 'extra' activities games, one at a time, since August. I'm down to the original handful of games + the newly added ones.
No more Shipmates, Rescue Buddies, Kimmy's Arcade (got that one again 3 random times in past 2-3 months), WonderBalls, and a couple more games I forgot the name of. And my Super streak went from giving rewards at 7, 15, 25, 50, 75... To only giving at 10, 25, 50, and I think next one is 100.
I got the Rewards Pass for a few months, after losing Shipmates and Kimmy's Arcade, but that one also went Poof-gone back in late February.
I have no more games to win Mixer Bag booster anymore. Can only win a few Cross lollies and Hands, so I'm very hesitant at using the few Mixer bags I have left.
My question is how did your shipmates return, or are you the only one of our group besides you and Snow that have it back?
While we're at it, what the heck was Bee Season?
