Batula ? And new blocker

What's up with Batula, Giving the same "timed" prize. To get other bonus's like fish etc, you have to earn them or buy them?

What is this new pie shaped beige/yellowy thing that blocks the moves. I keep forgetting to ask. I got it around level 1100. I'm not sure how it works, please explain.

Batula in past give very nice rewards, in last time it give just timed boosters. We can't choice another option but can bring it too the King team

Seems like it's the ice blocker, that you need to match next to a few times to be able to clear.

All the blockers are listed here by the way, but I see now that the specific version of this blocker isn't there as an image.

Thankyou. Not sure if you call it a blocker. I started getting it on the board at level 1100"s. I had it first on "Spread the Jam" level 1102? It's circle shaped, like a pie light beige or yellowish? I don't understand how to play it?
