Candy Crush Soda store stuck in Contacting

anyone else have the problem with the store in crush soda stuck saying contacting even though I have a good connection to the Internet? it came up where I have been a daily login and playing for 875 days and missed one day with only six coins went to purchase 10 coins to be able to continue on and every time I go into the store to purchase it says all forms say contacting.

Hey there, does the problem still remain, and have you followed the steps from @Ccallstars here above? I'll post a list for you to check:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I have exactly the same problem. You're not able to log off and on if you want to make a purchase (for not to lose your progress). Nor you can go to settings at this point.

Anyone got help with this issue?

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.
