Videos constantly not playing

For a few weeks now I've had an issue where videos can't be played so this has majorly stopped me finishing levels quicker! This is not all the time but is getting really annoying!

Device and OS version = Samsung Galaxy S23FE & Android verc14

It's nothing to do with my device not being able to play the videos, it's about the videos failing, see attached screenshots

Hey there, your device should be new enough to be able to handle these types of issues… but to be safe, please follow the steps below to make sure that nothing is wrong with your game.

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Let us know if the problem remains for you! And if possible, a screenshot of the ad that doesn't play for you would be helpful as well.

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.
