on May 24 you charged 6.99 plus tax to me. I did NOT request this! Why was I charged. It went thru APPLE pay and I will be disputing this.

I can assure you that we never charge money to players without their authorization and there are no hidden features in the game. All in-game purchases need to be initiated by the player or someone who has access to their payment details. The price for each item is clearly displayed, and to make a purchase, the “Buy” button needs to be tapped and the account’s password needs to be entered.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
