Boosters are connected to the game file, so recovering them is unfortunately not possible. However, your progress and gold bars should be connected to your account, so if you have an account - you can log in to that either via your King account or your Facebook account.
If you didn't have an account, then I suggest you make one now and reach out to support via the game to see if you can get some more help in getting you back to where you were playing earlier!
