By going into the Play Points Area, you will be able to purchase, using your accumulated points, either game specific coupons or Google Play Coupons. They differ in price and offer and can be used during any monetary purchase. In order to see the offer the coupons have, you can simply click on them before purchasing it.

What kinds of offers can you purchase?

The two types of offers you can usually purchase at all times are either game-specific credit or general Google Play credit.

Game-specific credit can only be used for the game shown on the offer and will automatically be used for qualifying purchases (specific details for the purchase you are trying to make will be shown in the store when you open the offer you want to purchase before buying it).

General Google Play credit meanwhile can be used in several games as well as for multiple purchases, should the credit be high enough for this.

Additionally, there may occasionally be Special Offers for specific games, where you will receive the goodies listed in the offer itself.
