I don't play Soda but I have no problem with chatbots in general. They can be very useful. But please can you stop your bots from stealing my posts that I make over in the Candy Crush forum @LoFiGummy ! I make those post by careful consideration and they are meant for the game of Candy Crush Saga only.

Hey there @btobison - sounds like it might be some internet connectivity issues or something specifically with the game. It's a bit hard to know without knowing the platform you play on, but please try these steps:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I miss being able to chat with my team when baking a cake. You want us to add friends, but what good is that if we can't interact with them.
A teammate of mine just passed the 10,000-game mark but I can't send congrats. We had fun talking and getting some insight into who our teammates were and now we are just individuals on our own quest. I'm lonely and the game is not fun anymore.

I’m especially glad you mentioned the idea of adding secret Easter eggs. It’s something I’ve actually been thinking about for a while, and it’s great to hear others would enjoy it too! Down the road, this could definitely be something we coordinate with other teams. 😁

this game keeps kicking me out and saying I'm off line when I'm not, and chat boxes suck, I'd gladly be a supporter for this game

✅ What’s Working Well

Smooth Access Flow:
- The entry path to support (via the main screen > question mark icon > chat with us) is intuitive.
- The “Still need help?” CTA is clear and ideally placed at the bottom of the help article.
Kingsley’s Personality:
- The bot has a distinct voice: helpful, slightly cheeky, and charmingly non-human.
- Phrases like “I may not be a human...” hit the right tone — playful without being dismissive.
Issue Triage:
- Offering quick options like “Create a ticket” or “Ask something else” provides a user-friendly fork without overwhelming players.

3. Faster Escalation Path

For frustrated users, maybe introduce a quick “Talk to a human” fallback if someone has interacted with Kingsley for too long without resolution.
“Still puzzled? I can connect you with a live agent — just say the word!”

4. Kingsley’s Evolution Over Time

Let Kingsley evolve with recurring events (like the Soda Cup) and seasonal theming.
Think: Halloween Kingsley (in costume?), holiday Kingsley, etc. It would add freshness and delight over time.

5. Chatbot Position: I observed that to open the chatbot, you have to go to Help Center, then Contact Us button. But it's not easily seen by players. Try to say an introduction to the chatbot if you're ready to show it globally. Or include the chatbot option at the settings menu of the game.

Voice Option? For mobile accessibility, voice commands might help users report problems faster (especially kids or older players).

I have tried everything, all setting, uninstalling and so on. No ads work. I am from Sweden
Why I can't edit my profile?
