Absobloodylutely gutted. Game frozen on sun. I lost out on podium

Absolutely gutted. Game frozen saturday/ Sunday - until yesterday evening. I lost out on the following:

I had x 3 podium badges

I had over 200days consecutive playing

I had lost out on bake a cake rewards

I lost out on rewards for rocket 🚀 1st

And more besides. As you can appreciate these took time to earn. Now back down to Day 2 etc. Please could you offer some sort of compensation or adjust to get me what I was due to receive. Much appreciated.

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
