Why am I not getting all my lives from my friends?

It shows that friends are giving me lives. 3 or more but only 1 credit is populating in my lives.

This is on a laptop computer. It shows that 4 or 5 friends have sent lives but when I accept on 1 life shows up. :(

Could it be that the lives have expired? Otherwise it might not be updating the information properly, please try these steps first of all:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If the problem persists, would you be able to share screenshots of the issue?
