Last night (actually about 3:00 ,AM) I was going to buy points

…..when the computer jumped back to my game, I saw my point balance had jumped up to 805 points. It scared me. But trying to get answers today and stop any payment, I found the point level page and it showed that I had reached Gold and 600 points.

IS THAT WHAT HAPPENED??? It was so fast (and the hour was so early), I got scared because I'm a retired woman on a fixed income and couldn't pay for all the points. And, my bank has no charges from you for all the points.

Please let me know if I should be celebrating my good fortune….or not?

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
