Hi there, as boosters are tied to the game files, I'm wondering if you perhaps have reinstalled the game or lost your internet connection to the device?
If you reinstall the game it will unfortunately remove the boosters - but if you have lost connection or logged out from your account you should still be able to get them.
Please follow the steps below to ensure that there's no problems with your game:
Bonjour je reviens vers vous suite à mon message du 13/06. Le problème n’est toujours pas réglé et en plus je ne cumule pas mes récompenses gagnées à chaque mission . C’est paradoxal car j’ai toujours mes boosters d’aide pour passer le niveau et que cela je l’ai cumule.Je pense que cela vient de votre application.

Hey there, if you uninstall the app and reinstall it - you will lose your boosters. So I do not recommend doing that. Instead, I think it's better that you reach out to our support for further help, press the "Contact Us" here below to get there.
