How do you change your profile picture
And if you mean on these forums, if you click in the top right and go to Account & Privacy Settings, you should be able to choose a new avatar :)

If you're referring to your in-game profile picture, please refer to the explanations below:
Facebook Connected:
When using a Facebook account, your Facebook profile name and picture will automatically be used and shown in the game. If you'd like to change these, you will therefore simply need log into your own Facebook account on Facebook itself, change your profile picture or profile name and you're good to go!
Please note that the changes may take a few hours to be pushed into your game profile
KING Connected:
When using a King Account, you can easily change your profile details from the game itself:
