When playing a game and inbetween a call came and it is being attended then all the bonus bottles are lost like level is lost. This. Eed to be corrected as being faced repeatedly. Pls rectify.

I am sorry to hear about the setback face when taking this call.
However please note that every device has a limit of how many apps it can operate at the same time, as well as battery saving configurations. That means that when you put the game in the background to do something else, such as answering a call, in this case, the device usually closes the app data usage automatically, but leaves the app idle until you open it again.
Unfortunately, when the device does that, the level you were playing is taken as a failure precisely because the data was closed, and then restarts. I would suggest to avoid taking a call while mid game in order to prevent this from happening again.
