Can’t get rewards

I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps and the problem persists. I’ll attach a screen shot of an ad with this issue. The ad counts down, pressing the collect reward button does nothing and I have to kill the game. If I get an ad with an older style counter, it works ok, but I rarely get those anymore.

so silly question. Why not just go back to the old way of gathering rewards? Occasionally I get an ad with the old way of hitting the X and it works 100% of the time.

Yall need to change the daily booster back to 2 hours..30 mins is trash!.. who wants 30 mins over 2 hours!

I did raise it again last week and I was advised it hasn't been forgotten about its just a little more complex than original though

I get the same thing with the 5 second long ads.

It tells me I've interrupted the ad when I haven't and doesn't give the booster.

In other words, it tells me to get stuffed.
