Ty for the color bombs but go ahead and keep them. I have decided to delete the game once I use up my gold bars. No offense,but there are too many glitches in the game anymore that it's not fun to play. At one time, I had a winning streak of over 3000 levels on the 1st try. It took me months to get there and one system update on your end, it was gone. Of course, I got the song and dance, sorry about that, nothing much we can do about it but here's some freebies to help you feel better. Needless to say, it didn't work. 2 other times I lost the sonic color bombs and had to once again, start all over. Now I'm missing just one item and I even paid extra for an additional one for each level, and no one can really help me or understand the problem. I was already given 5 color bombs from the last rep that I spoke with so ty once again for that. It doesn't compensate for the extra that I paid for the other day nor the gold bars or switches I've had to use to move the one bomb I DO get to pair with one of the coloring candies to win a level. I was told by your last rep (she really should either play the game or be retrained, I would say) that the color bomb is not included in the winning streak any longer. Wow!! King must have changed it back quickly since last night to be included on the second or third bottle now. (See, I told you she needs retrained or something). I know this isn't any of your fault. You're just following the script that was given to you. (I've worked email customer service before, I know how it goes) but I at least tried to fix my customer's problem by either doing it myself or talking with someone who can help me fix it. Once those options were exhausted then I would compensate for their loss. Anyways, I bid you adios. It's been real, it's been fun but dealing with customer service, it hasn't been real fun.Sincerely Melissa
