Could I have some more information to help us figure out what the issue is?
Do you mean that you play a level, lose, and then when it asks you if you want to spend goldbars (or watch an ad) to get moves, you don't get the moves?
Please do describe the steps you went through. It helps us a lot! If possible, please also share your PlayerID with us. This shows how to get your player ID in the game

That happened to me too. I had to go into the app, force stop it, and clear the cache. When I went back into the game I got a new level with increasing moves.
