Yeah, on a hot summer day, I smell sweat exhausting, so it's as disgusting as everyone else's sweat...... and that's what happened because of a word that just went out without even thinking about it.
However, I got it....... my comment was as disgusting to the other person as it was to the smell of sweat. So today I have been sobbing in my room because of my guilt and not being able to CCFS. However, because I could become so bound by the past and ruin myself, I am going to have to reflect. What's wrong is wrong. 🙂
