I started playing the game without creating an account and now that I did, stuck at the last level I completed with none of my rewards, basically it started from ground zero

To recover your Candy Crush Soda Saga progress after starting without an account, open the game and log in using the account you now have linked (likely Facebook or a King account), not by starting a new game. If it still starts at ground zero, there might be a connection issue or the progress isn't linked to that specific account, so try disconnecting from any other accounts and reconnecting to yours.
How to Recover Your Progress
1. Log in with your account:
Open the game: Launch Candy Crush Soda Saga.
Access your profile: On the start screen or game map, tap on My Profile.
Log in: Log in with the same Facebook or King account that was linked to the game when you were playing before.
Restore progress: Your levels and rewards should be restored once you're logged in to the correct account.
2. Contact King Player Support:
If you are unable to recover your progress by logging in, you can contact King's Player Support.
Navigate to the Help Center: Go to Settings within the game and then to the Help Center.
Contact support: Choose a topic, and at the bottom of the page, you'll find a "Contact us" option to send an email to Player Support.
Provide details: When you contact them, mention the last level you completed and that you are starting from the beginning to help them restore your progress manually.
