My friends send me lifes, but the game only registeres one of them

Hey there. Hope you're doing well.

Please note that you will only be able to see that you have lives received if they have less than 5 lives available. If only one life's added, it could mean you already have 4, so only 1 can be added.

In addition to that, the messages you see could also be life requests from your friends to you, instead of lives given to you.

Please try these steps

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:

🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If don't work these steps please mention your game id, device name OS version, game version
