I lost my 3k gold bars
I changed my phone after saving my progress by linking my game with facebook
And when i reopen the game on my new phone all my gold bars are lost.
My levels were not change but my all gold bars are gone how to get them back?

Same here i loved this game but after this my motivation is gone and i don't play it any more i have even contacted the help center and they are not even bothered to reply.
I totally agree with you. I came on here to complain about how often I open up the game for the first time in a day and it tells me oh no you missed a day and it deletes all of my progress and brings me back down to level one. I have complained to King about this numerous times. I have deleted this, reinstalled that, jumped through hoops, did everything they say and it still happens. This is their way to get out of giving regular players and loyal fans any kind of boosters or help to make the game more fun.
It happens every time I change my phone. It's disgusting how greedy these people are. Everything is programmed to make you have to use any boosters you have and to "accidentally" glitch and you lose all of your gold bars or boosters. Why make it about fun when you can suck your users dry seems to be their motto. It's why I rarely play anymore
