What happened before doesnβt define you. Confidence that turns into avoidance just means your mind froze from pressure β it happens to more people than you think. The best thing you can do now is take one small, solid action: just show up.
You donβt need to be perfect; you just need to be present. That alone will already break the cycle of regret. You can make things right β but it starts with walking through that door tomorrow, no matter what your confidence tells you.
