Why in Candy Crush Soda Saga are the 3 bears still showing along with the gushing fountain at the main page of the game? Doesn't the background change every now and then? Thanks in advance.

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
