I have the same problem besides the other topic starter tracie5591 in this support section. I twice tried to purchase an amount of gold with PayPal, I had enough in money in my PayPal account both times. The money was withdrawn but didn't get the gold in te game. I already contacted PayPal but should I message the support here as well? Like a dam with a screenshot of the purchase.
How about the purchase goes through, doesn't credit; you try again same thing, you've paid for many gems and bonuses but don't have them :(

Where do you get the error? I mean; are you playing on Facebook, King.com or from a mobile device? If from a mobile device; do you get the error from iTunes, Google Play or Amazon?
Please also post a screenshot if relevant.
