on the 1,2,3rd of November, I purchased extra items to continue playng. you took money from my credit card, but didn't get the extra. can I get a refund before I have to discontinue my cards<

Same thing happened to me on Nov 3. Spent $ 80.00 dollars by mistake because it kept saying transaction did not go through BUT was charged to my card and never received items.
