Hey there, sorry to hear that! When you say helpers do you mean boosters? I think it might be good to "Ask a question" in the Support section to have a closer look at it.
Make sure to include your Player ID as well so that it can be looked at more closely.

I bought a large plan and it erased all my game helpers. I had well over 100 of each accumulated and it added what I purchased and erased what I previously had

@nekocat Hi there, my friend! Thank you very much for your heads-up! Regarding the CCSOL's Care Bear event, I'm participating little by little to collect the coins and gather more albums for the collection!
Thanks @nekocat . I think I can contribute start from next week because I want to slow down playing CCSOL. My coins in CCSOL is greatly depleted. I'm need to saved a little for the contest in future.

I usually use the event for winning boosters in rocket rush, so the cake may seem to be baked slowly, but it will surely be finished by cut off time. ๐๐ค

Hi @nekocat I'm here to tell you that I won't be contribute a lot on this week and next week of cake baking because currently I want to focus on Candy Crush Solitaire's care bear team challenge in community here. This challenge will be ended on November 17. ๐ค
By the way, I can't tag other Soda teammates. Some of our teammates are the same as me (joining team challenge).
