The reason is Hae Chan and I see omidasadi posts BBS screenshots (NOT CCSS screenshots) and also Debmac400 posts PRS screenshots (NOT CCSS screenshots) in Claim CCSS Milestone Level Badge Threads. ๐
Then after I see Hae Chan answers to omidasadi, I am really sure Hae Chan is right and I really 100% agree to Hae Chan answers to omidasadi. So we really promise and trust promise Hae Chan is really still NOT a guilty player, he is really still very polite, helpful, awesome, smart, kind and supportive player. ๐
Anyway... we see omidasadi is still very confused and also... rude player when he is still newbie player. ๐
Then I tell to PrettyBubbles the Soda Moderator already, then she tells me the badges will be revoked to the players soon as they post wrong game's screenshots, but the comments will not removed as these comments are still not rude and offensive. ๐ฅ

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
