You have used and signed in your secondary account, Right?! π
Okay! You go to Contact Us first, then you make sure use your secondary account's email (not first / main account's email), then you choose a game : Candy Crush Solitaire, then you choose a topic : Lost Progress or Items and choose a subtopic : I lost a progress.
Then you tell them you lost your game progress from Level 2350 to Level 1 (current level), also you tell them what's latest version of this game and also send your Game ID of your secondary account.
We hope Player Support Team will check, answer and help you to restore your game progress back to Level 2350 in CC SOL soon. We hope it's solved! π€π
