CHARGES TAKEN FROM BANK ACCOUNT

ON 11/12 I ordered a items from Candy crush soda saga for 21.09. it did not receive item. when i tried to purchase again it said i already purchased. then to my surprised i wasn't charged just once but twice for a total of 41.18 for digital boosters i never received. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND PROMPTLY

I tried to resend to customer service at your suggestion. got his message:

"Something went wrong when sending your form. Please try to resend it."

tried to resend to customer service at your suggestion. got this message:

"Something went wrong when sending your form. Please try to resend it."

will not let me in to purchase. STOP giving me the run around and credit my account $41.18 immediately or I will file a fraud case with my bank next week!!

Hi my friend it sounds like a connection issue

Please check you have a strong Internet connection and restart your device it may clear it for you

When you retry if the same message returns please post a screenshot so as we can look into it 💓

The bubblegum troll is casuing trouble
it’s genuinely annoying me how i keep failing these levels because i cant use any gold bars fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
