Daily bonus

Hello,
I recently changed my phone and logged into Candy Crush Soda Saga with my King account. My game progress was restored correctly, but my Daily Bonus streak reset to day 1.

Before changing phones, I had a streak of 1026 days, and I would really appreciate it if you could help me restore it or credit it back to my account.

Hi my friend it's just how it works hence the name daily bonus so it needs to claimed within the same day/24hrs 💓

Hi my friend unfortunately if you change devices or sign in after 24hrs these are the 2 actions that will reset your daily streak

Unfortunately it is not something we can reset for you 💓

i am at level 10300. is there anyone higher than me?
The bubblegum troll is casuing trouble

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
