I finally completed this level after weeks of playing and now it took me back to the exact same level. I even used up my bonus items. If I delete the game will this fix the issue.?

If you delete the game you will loose any inventory you have left please try the following
Check you have no pending updates
Clear the game cache from your device settings menu selecting apps as overloaded cache can create issues
Close everything down
Leave your device off for a moment or two
