Hey there, sorry to hear that! When you say helpers do you mean boosters? I think it might be good to "Ask a question" in the Support section to have a closer look at it.
Make sure to include your Player ID as well so that it can be looked at more closely.

I bought a large plan and it erased all my game helpers. I had well over 100 of each accumulated and it added what I purchased and erased what I previously had

I usually use the event for winning boosters in rocket rush, so the cake may seem to be baked slowly, but it will surely be finished by cut off time. 😊🤗

Hi @nekocat I'm here to tell you that I won't be contribute a lot on this week and next week of cake baking because currently I want to focus on Candy Crush Solitaire's care bear team challenge in community here. This challenge will be ended on November 17. 🤗

Whenever I get rewards they automatically go onto the next game and get used very quickly. I do not want to use them all the time or all together. This seems to be a recent change. If I've paid for rewards and play 5 games they have gone straight away!
