my Candy Crush Soda game is frozen. Even when I reboot te device it is still frozen.

Please be sure you have a strong Internet connection with fi is better for gaming and at least 2gig of free memory
Clear the game cache from your device settings menu selecting apps as overloaded cache can create issues
Then log out of the game and leave your device off for a moment or two

πΉ Force-close the app completely (swipe it up from recent apps) and reopen it. πΉ Make sure your device is connected to strong internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data). πΉ Check for game updates in the App Store (or Google Play) β an outdated version can cause freezing. πΉ Make sure your device has enough free storage space β low memory can make games freeze. πΉ If none of that works, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game β but only if your game is connected to a King or Facebook account, so you donβt lose your progress!
