Glitches and platform collapse

I cannot tell you awful this game is right now. After watching several ads, the third one glitches and the platform collapses, throwing me out of the game. I have cleared caches, closed open tabs,etc and it still continues. How can anyone progress in any of the challenges like this? And there's no Cake Bake. Maybe it's time to uninstall.
