I'm currently at level 50-54 and am wondering at which level do I need to be to unlock certain features such as adding friends, joining teams, receiving gold bars and editing my avatar pic? Right now I don't even have an avatar pic and my account says the game is saved. I can play as is but would really appreciate knowing at which level these features unlock in this game. Thanks!

Could you please let me know if you are using Facebook or a King account to save up your progress?

Do you see a "Friends" and "Teams" tab at tbe bottom of the main map screen? If you do not please make sure to have your game app updated.
If you still have issues, please share with me a screenshot showing what you are able to see from the main map.

Help please
In the game, where I was at an advanced level, I was spending 8 hours on color balls and another 7-8 hours There was an unlimited package.. I also had over 80 candies and other items, and many other things. But I created an account to save my progress, and everything is gone. I want them back, please.
Bake a Cake
Can anyone help? My Bake a Cake shows a "claim", but when I tap on it, it goes nowhere. I've tried signing out, signing back in. Don't know what is wrong. Just want to play.

Not getting podium bonus
Yet again I didn't get my bonus after being on podium for 3 weeks in a row. I have a picture from yesterday when the clock was at 0 time left and it shows me on podium and having the prior 2 weeks podium finishes lit...please fix this
