I don't know why but I can no longer change my game board color. . I can't change anything except sounds. I've tried figuring it out on my own but nothing. I've send a email, no reply

Soda doesn’t currently have an option to change the game board background color itself. However, there are some accessibility visual options that can change how the candies look, like improving contrast or reducing visual effects.
On Apple devices, you can find these under Settings > Accessibility in the game. For example, options like:
