I'm so sorry to hear that. What issues are you experiencing? Is it that you are not getting new islands? If so, you are in the lucky top that has reached the current final islands. Stay tuned for more islands to explore soon :)

Make sure you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Check for any pending updates
Clear the game cache from your device settings menu selecting apps as overloaded cache can create issues
Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two
