I passed levels but rocket was 0 ....why is that?? And when island will be fixed???

Do you have a screenshot of this issue @muffy1978? I'm wondering if you perhaps may have already gotten to the end of the current versions of the islands.

It's great to know if you're getting any error message or anything else when you're trying to use the stars.

Everything is ok with rocket rush . But the island has still problem. I have collected 99 stars that of the maximum and i cant use them....i see that other players have the same problem with me.

Hi there! With Rocket Rush you want to make sure of a few things to have your score increase:

You are playing new levels
You are winning the levels played

But if you still find your score not increasing, please try the following to ensure your game is running correctly:

Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can resolve connection issues.
Update the Game: Ensure the game is updated to the latest version.
Clear Cache (Android):
1. Go to Settings > Apps > The game > Storage > Clear Cache.
Clear Cache (iOS):
Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > The game > Offload App.

For your issue with Soda Islands, could you please ask that you share more details about what exactly is occurring in your game?

For Rocket Rush, it's about collecting specific candies - like the striped one. So you collect them in the level, and once you complete the level, you add it to your total count. It could be that the level didn't have the candy you were going to collect, but if you did this correctly please do the following:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If it happens again, please let us know with Screenshots and include your Player ID so that we can look into it further.

For the Islands - when you clear levels, you collect stars that you can use to fix the Soda Islands! Once you have enough stars, press the button in the main screen where you see the stars to connect the islands and get rewards for it. 😊
