What happened to all my Rewards, on my Game Board?

I recently won all my Rewards, on my Game Board, and I didn't used them. So, please, tell me where are all my Rewards, on my Game App? I worked hard receiving them, by playing this Game App. However, in one small step, you'll have taken them away. And, thought I'd not noticed it! Shame on you! I wanted all my Rewards returned to my Game Board immediately please?

Hey there @Virginia_R._Ford, just to confirm - are you referring to Candy Crush Soda? Also what type of event did you complete to get the rewards? If you have any screenshots that's super helpful!

For most issues, they can be solved by following the steps below:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
I did not get what I paid for.

Why do I never receive my team point prizes in cc soda? There hasn't been one time.
