I would like to save my progress but I guess the device is too old, which cannot update the app. I also cannot login or register my game account. Seeking for help. Thank you.
Hey there @applekwok to save your progress you'll need to make a King account or connect the game with your Facebook account, you can read how to make a King account here below:
How do I create a King account? – King General
Once you've made the account on the device with the game on it, then it will be saved to that account and you can log in on other devices to sync the progress.
However it sounds like you're not able to open the game? Do you have any error messages or does the app simply close down when you try to open it?
To fix most problems with the app itself, we recommend the following steps:
