All my power ups and progress from logging in over 48 days is all gone. Also including all my gold bars and stars.
I have already logged out and logged back in and everything is still gone.

Please try these steps first:
If this doesn't solve the problem, have you made a King account in the game, or did you connect it with a Facebook account? Playing the game does not count as "Logging in" if you do not make an account, because in that case the progress is stored directly in the game.
If that's the case I suggest you reach out to support for help in how to retreive your progress:
