For the past couple days I have been getting a message about being offline but I have not been.
Why have I been getting this?
Hey again @JustSerfin, did you manage to see my previous response? Did you have any pending updates for the game or the device? Sometimes it can require a manual update if there's an error in the app.
Again, it's also good to check that you have at least 2GB of memory on the device as well so that the updates can be installed properly.
Tagging @PrettyBubbles for clarity here, as we went through the other steps earlier.
This does not make sense. How can it be my internet/wi-fi when I am not having any issues whatsoever with anything else? Facebook, email, Safari, other games all have no issues, it is only this 1 game I have any issues with/on. So how can it be internet/wi-fi when nothing else is effected by it?

Please try resetting your home Internet by turning it off and on whilst leaving it off on your device this will reboot your connections and in turn once you turn your device connection on it may clear you from receiving this message š

Got it! Clearing caches is normally not something you have to do, but if there's an error in the game it can be helpful. Just to make it clear, clearing the cache will not have any effects on your game (It's of course recommended that you have an in-game account though just to be sure).
If none of these steps help, would you mind sending us your Player ID, and letting us know what version of the game you have installed?
How to find your Player ID
This does not help me.
*Restart: I always force close apps. I never have apps open in the background if/when I am not (actively) using them.
Updates: I have automatic updates turned āonā so I should never have to update anything (manually), I should just be getting them as/when they are available.
Memory: I only have 51.74GB used on a 64GB iPad.
Connection: I am on WiFi. I just got home from a cruise (using satellite internet on the ship) on Friday but had absolutely no issues whatsoever while on the ship but this has been happening since getting (back) home.
Clear Cache: I have never heard of this. I have never had to clear cache on my iPad (or iPhone) before so I donāt know why I would all of the sudden have to do so.
