Mega Color Bomb

Hello,

The Mega Color Bomb booster never appeared for levels 1561 and 1563. I only have a screenshot of it indicating "charged" for level 1562. I am not comfortable playing hard level 1564 if it only shows up intermittently. I had to use a lot of boosters to beat "supposedly easy" levels 1561 and 1563. Please advise. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear that you did not received the Super Color bomb on some levels despite it being charged.

Could you please try the below steps to avoid any issues:

*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.

*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

*Clear Cache:

🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I got the Mega Color Bomb after completing 10 levels in a row. I proceeded to play level 1561 after receiving it and it never appeared in the game at all. I had to finish the level with boosters. I went to level 1562 and took a screenshot to make sure that I still had it and the Mega Color Bomb did show up only after clearing "blockers". It was hidden and could not be seen on the board. I then went to level 1563. It was not there again and did not materialize throughout the level. I finished the level with hand swaps, lollipop hammers, the new hammer with the 4 arrows, etc. I stopped playing after level 1563 to write for support and hope this clarifies. Thanks.

What do you mean by "mega color bomb never appeared"?

Do you mean the mega color bomb does not appear in the level, or just on this pre-game screen as the charge bar? Or both?
You can only use (and charge) the mega color bomb on the last available level. If you go back a level, you won't have it, or charge it.
