Please advise how to change my picture.
Hey there @fourpupz, if you log out and back in it should refresh your picture
We're working on a fix for this issue (it's a visual glitch , so no one is stealing your picture) but logging out and in should fix it in the meantime
Hey there @Rufusj, we realize that this is a bit confusing and we're looking into it with updates shared in this thread:
Just to ensure you, the problem is a glitch in the game, and it's displaying the image incorrectly - so no one has stolen your picture and other players will not see your picture for their game.
Hopefully we'll be able to fix this soon, but as Tetem says, you can log out and into the game to refresh this while we wait for a fix
This is an ongoing problem! When your Facebook profile picture. Shows as someone else’s in the game. This needs to be fixed. It’s creepy, especially to the people that don’t know about this glitch. My profile picture shows up as someone else’s in the game. There’s no reason this should be happening for over a year!!
When I go into the game it says I’m already logged into Facebook, but its not my picture that I use. It doesn’t give me the option to do anything. All the other King games that play show my correct picture. What do you suggest I do now?

I understand how it can be when something doesn’t look quite right, especially with your profile picture.
Since you mentioned that your Facebook profile picture isn’t showing, could you please try signing out of the game and then signing back in using your Facebook account? This usually helps refresh your profile information, including your photo.

Mine says I signed in with Facebook, but the picture is not what I use in Facebook. When I use to sign in with Facebook it changed from the ugly picture you all gave me to my own picture. Something changed and I can’t use my old picture. The one you gave me is so ugly, I don’t even want to play any longer.

At the moment, King accounts do not allow for players to change their avatars anymore. We've made some changes to ensure that the content we create for you continues to be of the highest quality.
For now, if you wish to change your avatar in the meanwhile, please log in through Facebook.
